Terms and Conditions
All goods are offered subject to availability - we will inform you promptly if any item is unavailable.
Goods will be delivered/despatched as soon as payment is received.
Breakages/faulty goods - please inform us as soon as possible after delivery and retain all damaged goods for return or inspection.
In the case of delivery by carrier goods must be checked on arrival and any breakages noted when signing carrier's delivery note.  If this is not done we reserve the right to reimburse the cost of the damaged item(s) rather than replace.
Terracotta goods - please note that due to the traditional manufacturing process, and as part of their rustic charm these items may contain small differences and 'imperfections' which do not affect their performance.

This directive from the European Commission in intended to protect shoppers using on-line services and buying on the internet.  We conform fully with the directive which contains the following key points:
We are required to provide you with -
our name and address - see the contact page
the main characteristics of the goods - all goods are described, with
dimensions shown.  Further information is available including weights.
the prices including all taxes - all prices are clearly shown.
information on delivery time and costs - general information is given on
the order page and details for USA buyers on a separate page.
written confirmation of the above - after receiving an order you will be
sent an email containing the final details
written information on how to cancel the contract - you can cancel
an order by telephone or email using the information on the contact page.
an address for customer complaints - see the contact page.
details of after-sales service and guarantees - if, for any reason, any of
our products does not reach you in good condition we will happily replace or        refund the item(s) concerned.  This does not affect your statutory rights as a
customer.  A cooling-off period  gives you the right to cancel thecontract
within 7 working days of receiving the goods.  If we fail to include all the
above information the cancellation period is extended to 3 months.  All goods         are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for one year provided that                  instructions for use are followed.
Customer Complaints
Our aim is to provide a helpful friendly service for satisfied customers, and we welcome customer feedback and comments.
In the event of a complaint we guarantee that we will deal with the complaint as rapidly and fairly as possible.  We will respond within a maximum of 5 working days and keep you informed about the progress of the complaint.
