UK mainland only (and up to total parcel weight of 20kg)
For other destinations and large/heavy (over 20kg total parcel weight) bulk or 'trade orders' please enquire
Orders up to £50 - £6.50
£50 to £100 - £10.50
Over £100 and all orders including a gas burner - free
Please note that orders are sent as soon as payment has cleared.
Allow 14 days for delivery (thought it will usually be much faster)

Card details are sent to us and then processed through Worldpay's secure processing. You will receive an email receipt from Worldpay. If you do not have email you will receive a printed receipt from us.
Card details can be sent by mail, fax or phone. If you leave a contact number (if possible for evenings/weekends) we will call you for details. If you want to send details by email you will be told how to do this with minimum risk using two different email providers and splitting the information.
Information required for all card payments:
Type of card (eg Visa; Mastercard)
Name on card
Billing address
'Valid from' date and 'Expires end' date on card
Issue number (if relevant)
We may also ask for the security number (last 3 digits of printed number on signature strip on reverse of card)
